Music is life
Do you struggle in this harsh world? When I feel down I listen to Reggae and let the smooth Jamaican rhythm soothe my soul
You should write your feelings down. You should sing if you feel like it. Music allows you to process emotions in a safe space.
Learning is good for the brain. Music is good for the soul. Practicing technique strengthens your mind-body connection.
